Child rapist attacks mental health worker at Rikers

A child rapist allegedly attacked a female clinician at Rikers Island on Wednesday — one year after he attempted to rape a female corrections officer, sources said. Raleek Young — who was convicted in 2007 of raping a 13-year-old girl — was choking the mental-health worker when two correction’s officers intervened, law-enforcement sources said. He then attacked the officers until he was subdued.
